Endeavor Engineering was founded in 1997 by James Tillett. In late 2005 Eric Pierce joined Mr. Tillett to provide Enterprise IT and web application development to an already thriving engineering business. Since that time Endeavor Engineering has experienced continual growth that has diversified our talent base and service offerings.

Jim Tillet is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon with over 20 years of experience in data system design and system architecture. Mr. Tillett has been involved with many data systems in many different vertical industries including but not limited to Bonneville Power Administration, Public Service Company of New Mexico and White Sands Missile Range.

Eric Pierce Pierce has extensive experience in the collection, manipulation, presentation, and storage of data. Mr. Pierce has worked on several SCADA systems in many different vertical industries including but not limited to Bonneville Power Administration. Mr. Pierce leverages the latest web technologies to provide a user experience that is very functional and robust. Many of the web applications leverage the capabilities of XML and SQL Server to persist data. Mr. Pierce applies an effective design methodology that he has developed through the last 9 years as a software design consultant.

Jason Hill is a veteran when it comes to enterprise software projects and project architecture. He leverages his knowledge of Agile methodologies and many development frameworks to deliver solutions that routinely meet customer expectations.
